It connects to your existing EMR systems to check operational logs for documentation, supervision, and authorization vulnerabilities. The Service is intended strictly for administrative analysis and audit risk forecasting.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Important Notice: Aurinode is a predictive risk telemetry tool and does not guarantee that your clinic will pass state, federal, or private payer audits. The platform acts as a validation helper, but final responsibility for clinical compliance, documentation accuracy, and billing submissions remains solely with the clinic directors and owners.

4. Data Use & Security

You represent and warrant that you have the right to connect your EMR logs or submit clinic data to Aurinode. You must configure integrations in compliance with local regulations, including HIPAA where applicable.

5. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
